"Received a damaged item, no reply from support"
One of the Mickey pumpkins I got showed up broken since it was just tossed in a box without any padding to stop it from moving around. I reached out for a return to get a refund or a replacement, but I haven't heard a peep from you. It's been a whole week. For sure, I won't be buying from wholesale Halloween again.

Fantastic products and prices. That said, the shipping is pretty sluggish; I still haven't gotten my stuff, and the tracking with DHL isn't functioning right.

"Subpar Quality Costumes"
These costumes are poorly constructed and not worth the price. I ended up paying for shipping both ways and even got hit with a restocking fee. I definitely won’t be buying from this wholesale company again.

"Outstanding Support from WHC!"
I got a medium size instead of the small I had requested. On Monday morning, I shot an email to customer service and got a quick reply offering me a refund or an exchange for the costume. Travis is taking care of ordering a new one for me and will send it out right away.

Luckily, I don’t need the costume for a couple of months, so the wait isn’t an issue for me. I couldn’t have asked for better service! Big thanks to WHC and Travis!

"Costume Doesn't Match Description"
The package arrived on time, but it wasn't what was promised. I noticed the color was off just by looking at the package, so I sent it back without even opening it. We were hoping for a white or cream gown with a red sash, just like it said in the ad. Instead, the dress looked like a checkered tan, and the sash was more of a burgundy shade. I didn't bother to open it since those colors wouldn't fit our needs.

"Awful experience. Package never arrived"
What a disaster! I was meant to receive my item last week. It was for a party, and now I'm left hanging. The package is still MIA, and they refuse to issue a refund until it shows up. Who knows where it could be or if I’ll even see it? I’m done ordering from this place.

"The products were a tad less pricey than I thought..."
The products were a tad less pricey than I thought, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. Perhaps once I put them to use, my feelings will improve. However, I anticipated more from the grave dirt, so I might need to jazz it up myself. Plus, I’ll need to grab some lights to illuminate the corpse cocoon, but I was ready for that.

"Charming Yet Fragile"
The outfits I got were super cute and lovely, but honestly, they felt pretty cheap. My girls wore them for just one day, and then they ended up in the trash because they were all frayed and falling apart. There was nothing left to save.
